WHO AM I?
I train leaders and financial professionals to become grief-informed leaders—equipping them with the empathy, communication skills, and grief literacy needed to support clients and employees through life’s most difficult moments.
As a speaker, coach, consultant, and university lecturer, I help leaders navigate conversations around grief with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
After losing my husband, I experienced firsthand how critical professional relationships are during times of grief, specifically finance, insurance and estate planning. Unfortunately, many well-meaning individuals are unsure of what to say or do. This gap inspired me to create Grief Smart Professional—a framework grounded in 25 years of teaching, coaching, and lived experience—to help professionals become grief informed leaders.
